Whidbey preprocessing . . .

Is there a built in value I can use in a "#if . . ." clause to determine if I'm compiling in VS.Net Whidbey?

The compiler is complaining about a few API calls that are valid and legal in VS.Net 2003, but are not under Whidbey
(The complaint is correct, there are some API's that take Int32 values rather than IntPtrs in the 1.1 framework. These have, apparently, been corrected in the new version of the framework.
