Using The FileSystemWatcher Object

I was wondering if anyone ran into this problem

If I create an event to watch for New files being added to a directory of choice, 2 odd things happen

FIrst, if doesn't work when multiple files get dragged and added to the directrory. If I drag 10 files into my new directory, the event only fires once. I was expecting 10 calls

Second, the change event fires everytime I add a "new" file to my directory. Is there a way to code it so that it ony happens when a change to an existing file happens

Has anyone had these issues

Thanks
