Webform inheritance?

P: n/a
Hi

Since there is no 'WebForm inheritance', what r the ways we could create a base template webform, which the other forms could use

Thanks in advance

I guess that depends on what you are trying to build.

In my current application, we have modified all the WebForms to inherit from
the a custom class which in turn inherits from System.Web.UI.Page.

This allowed us to nicely encapsulate a bunch of the code-behind
functionality that was common to the entire site.

Yes, that is true. But what in the case of visual inheritance. For example, I want my derived pages to inherit a set of common controls etc. In that case, what could I do

Thanks a lot
