MouseScroll Event On Track Bar

Hi All

Well, I couldn't find this issue in here so I have decided to ask it

I have a simple windows control: System.Windows.Forms.TrackBar and the event MouseScroll doesn't exist
I thing I need to add Delegate+Event but I'm not sure and I haven't done this yet

please write a link how to use delegate/event or write other idea....
