Using "" in string

Hi, can someone please tell me how I can use "" in a string;

e.g

string sTemp = "<a href=""sadsa"">click here</a>";

Two ways:

string sTemp = "<a href=\"sadsa\">click here</a>";
string sTemp = @"<a href=""sadsa"">click here</a>";

Two ways:

string sTemp = "<a href=\"sadsa\">click here</a>";
string sTemp = @"<a href=""sadsa"">click here</a>";
