ResourceManager - same 'culture', different vendors (resellers)

Hello,
I am trying to develop software that will be sold by different companies
(OEM), and need a way to easily customize the resources in the product to be
vendor specific. This would be similar to ResourceManager's ability to get
the correct resources for the different cultures, however, our product will
be the same culture, but different vendors.

A few years back, I vaguely remember creating a .dll containing resources
like string tables (in c++) that would be 'shipped' with the .exe for a
particular vendor. LoadLibrary() would be called to retrieve the particular
strings, icons, etc. for that vendor from the .dll.

Is there any way to do something similar to this for a .net application?

Thank you,
Lauren Hines
