Where is RASAPI.DLL

Hi there !

I have seen a lot of your postings in USENET, regarding how to dial ,
transfer data & hang up in a dial up network connection.

When I go to use Visual Studio .NET i must to include a reference to
RASAPI.dll ?

Where can i find this file ?

I must install something ?

Regards, José.
