Cannot declare a namespace and a type both named 'a'

I have multi solution project, when I try to reference some of the third
party libraries in to it I get this compile error:

Cannot declare a namespace and a type both named 'a'
Cannot declare a namespace and a type both named 'b'

and its always pointing to the library's DLL file! it has happened with 2
libraries already! which I don't think would be a possible library error
since they both mention "a" and "b". (and errors are identical!)

I get the same exact error with both of these products
