visually see position of form on screen?

In the vb6 IDE, there was a "form layout" panel that showed where the
current form was going to be located on the screen.

Moving it's location was as easy as dragging it around to where you
want it.

Is this feature not in VS2003? or am I just not seeing it...

I don't think they have a 'visual' display anymore.
However, you can set the forms "StartPosition" property.
