Datagrid bool column

I've a datagrid displaying 20 rows of bool (checkbox) type. Out of which last 10 I want to keep disabled. The datagrid that I have is a custom control having multiple column styles in which OnMousedown(...) is already overriden.
It is a windows based application in C#.
