Implementing case base reasoning in C#

Hi All

i am trying to code a case base resoning tool in C#.Does anybody know how to code such an application where past cases are retrieved from a sql database.And case manipulation should be performed inside my program
Does anyone tried this before.Please help me.If anyone knows a site related to case base resoning implementation please be kind enough to inform me
