Windows service and webclient

Hi

I have a Windows service running. I have instantiated a WebClient object and
try to call the function DownloadFile(). but while the service is running i
get a "The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote
server". but if i use my windows forms project test harness it works fine.
it's only when i run it at a windows service does it give me this error.

any work around or fix?

any other way i can download a file?

Thanks
Jason
