copy ArrayList to ArrayList

hi,

i have two ArrayLists with identical elements, is it possible to join
them together? the ArrayList.CopyTo only copies to an array, but not
arraylist.

ArrayList a = new ArrayList();
ArrayList b = new ArrayList();

b.AddRange(a);
