Converting StrongName to String

I am reading the Public Key attribute from an assembly which is read
into a byte array. I need to get this value into a string but am
having no luck. I've tried variations on the Encoding object, etc but
to no avail. Is there some way to accomplish this?

Well, what kind of conversion do you want? BitConverter.ToString will
give you a dash-separated hex encoding, or you could Base64 encode
it...

I'm trying to convert it to the 16 length value that shows up in the
Public Key Token value in C:\Winnt\Assembly.
