How can I enum the instance of forms?

If these are .NET forms that you are creating, then you might consider
creating a helper class that manages these forms. This class could hold a
reference to these forms that you could then enumerate.

In addition to Peter's comment.
If those are MDI children then you might iterate through MDIParent's
MDIChildren property.

you can use dot net class Assembly

I don't think that you can access class instances using reflection. Only
the raw type.
