<ItemTemplate> to codebehind

Hi,

I would like to use this feature but in the codebehind. I'm reading from
an example text and everything is not codebehind.
I would appreciate if you could help me on this.

BorderColor="black"
BorderWidth="1"

CellPadding="4"
CellSpacing="0"

<ItemTemplate>
