Intallation Project will not run "The folder path '.' contains an invalid character"

I have tried to build an Installation Project for to different
applications. Both are simple.

Steps Taken:

* Add New Setup Project to the solution
* Set the project out to the application project (Active)
* Build Installation Project

When I try to run the setup.msi, a MessageBox comes up saying "The
folder path '.' contains an invalid character". I have not set any
folders and my folders are use standard characters. Eg.
C:\_ApplicationsVS\MfTest\Setup\Debug

This has happend on two projects now, Does any one have any ideas.
