Delegate Across Classes

P: n/a
I have a class derived from Panel that I use to build an outlook bar
structure in my form. I'd like to build a hook from that panel that calls a
delegate method back in my form so that I can process events when a user
chooses a different button in my panel (outlook bar).

Basically this is how the outlook bar is constructed in my form:
OutlookBar outlookBar=new OutlookBar();

//Now I add multiple bands to the outlook bar

foreach (TAT_BandData tat_BandData in tat_xml_DataManager.TAT_BandDataList)
fileName = tat_BandData.FileName;
IconPanel iconPanel = new IconPanel();
iconPanel.Name = "iconPanel-" + fileName;
outlookBar.AddBand(fileName, iconPanel);
loadXMLTree(iconPanel, fileName); //Just a placeholder for the tree

The OutlookBar class already has what I need to detect clicks on different
bands. A click on a different band will cause it to expand to fill the
available space while the prior active band relinquishes its space. This is
the click event that I would like to trigger some code back in the main form
which holds the OutlookBar in its controls collection.

How can I do that?
