listbox click binding

Hi all,

I have popolate a listbox using a table of a dataset; but i'm not able
to bind the selected value of the listbox to another table record. What I
need is to bind the value of the clicked item of the lits box to a specific
coloumn of a table in dataset. I tried with

listBox03GENG01000.DataBindings.Add("SelectedItem" ,db,"GEN01.03GENG01000");
but it doesn't work. Somebody could help me? Here following how I popolate
the list box:
DataSet db = new DataSet();

[...]
StreamReader myStreamReader2 = null;
myStreamReader2=new StreamReader("db.xsd");
db.ReadXmlSchema(myStreamReader2);
db.ReadXml("db.xml");

[...]

listBox03GENG01000.DataSource=db.Tables["G01"];
listBox03GENG01000.DisplayMember = "DESC_ITA";
listBox03GENG01000.ValueMember = "ID" ;
