Creating a side bar Menu

I would like to create a side menu bar like the one's you see on msnbc.com
and the one you see in the MSDN newsgroups using a C# solution. Has anyone
done this before? Do I need to buy a custom control or does VS.Net come
with a control like this? Is there an example somewhere that I can download
and look at?

Thanks,

Scott

There are some here:

Some are VB, some are C#.
