Browser Activex controlTemporary Interet Files

hello,
when i open an powerpointpresentation from web in IEActiveX control it
is saved in some temporary file inside temporary internet folder.
How can i get the Temporary Internet Folder and temporary file name in
my application. The activex control doesn't seem to expose them
