Intercepting mouse events

Hi, I need to intercept mouse click events outside my applications. What I
want to do is pretty simple. If I click on the Quick Launch toolbar an icon
(let say IExplorer), I want to intercept the click event to have IExplorer
executed by my application (in my MDI Childs).

It is possible?

Thx for your help!
