Not tried this but there should be two ways of doing this. First you could
use the HttpWebRequest class to access the resource. Remember that
webservices can be accessed by GET and POST requests so the response you get
back could then be processed.

The other way is that if you right-click on the References folder in your
project, you should see the command "Add web reference". Use this to have
VS.NET create a wrapper for the webservice.
