nant using external property file.

Can NAnt pull properties from an external file the way that Ant does? In
Ant, the Property tag has attributes such as "file" and "url". I don't see
anything similar in NAnt. I know that I could use the Import tag but I
don't want to.

Also, is there any newsgroup specific to NAnt issues?
