How do I prevent opening multiple instances of a WebForm application?

I'm sure it is not difficult, but does anyone have a code sample for
preventing more than a single instance of a WebForm application from being
opened on a desktop?

What about creating a named mutex and see if you own it? If not,
another instance is running...
