C to C# converter?

I'm sure this is the nth time this has been asked so here
is n+1. Is there a decent (or any) utility available to
convert a standard multi-file C program (just a bunch of
bit fiddling and file IO) to C#? The original program is
a Visual C 6.0 project.

None that I know of. With C++ code, you have the ability to switch the
project code to managed code (.NET) or leave as COM based. But, you will
have to do the updating yourself, which can be a lot of work.
