MSDN library CD

P: n/a
I bought a Microsoft book that comes bundled with Visual C#.NET standard
edition.

I can use the standard edition to learn ok. However, it has no dynamic link
library help. It needs "MSDN CD 1" to install this feature. The MSDN disc(s)
didnot come with the software. Not sure why Microsoft did not ship with the
standard edition that I got.

Can someone tell me where or how I can go about downloading this from
somewhere ?
Is there anyway I can get a copy of this documentation without having to
cough up another $$
to Microsoft for the discs that should've been included as part of the
software in the first place ?

Thanks in advance.
