Excel from C#

Does anyone have a good example of automating Excel from a C# program,
preferably (although not essentially) from a web application?

BTW, It is not advisable to automate Excel from web app.
No, it's only not advisable to do it server side because of scalability and
performance reasons. Automating clientside thru the OWC is ok.
