ODBC phrase problem

I use a Database of MDB type, and OleDbConnection object
to connect. my connection string:

"Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data
Source=AlcaDB.mdb;Password=april;User ID=Admin;";

Error message I receive:'Can't start your application.
the workgroup information is missing or opened
exclusively by another usef'.

I have a local computer, and no network I use. password
is the right one. I can't understand. please help.

Hi Milan,

I think you should pass also System Database=system.mdw parameter which
instructs provider the location of security file.
See http://www.connectionstrings.com/ for info on connection strings.
Ah, and this is OleDb and not ODBC problem :)
