How do I gain access to the members of the main window of
my application from another window in the app. without
using the Parent, Owner, or OwnedForms properties?

Using any of these properties has the unwanted effect of
preventing the underlying window from displaying over the
more reciently activated one, an extreamly annoying
feature (hindrance!!).

Can you please describe the hindrance you're facing?? I haven't seen any
problems using the Parent/Owner properties. If you paste some code
snippets, it'll be helpful.
