FileNotFoundException when createInstance and pass from appdomain to other

any suggestions, why FileNotFoundException is throw ,
when im try to send object from appdomain to other ?

(the object inherits MarshalByRefObject)
i dont have a clue what the VS.2003 want from me.
i see the object is created OK ,but when the function return to the first
appdomain,
an FileNotFoundException is throw , and i can't even catch it...
is go to the end try.

what to check ?
