Add Client Advice?

Hi,

I have to write an ASP.NET web page that adds one row of information to a
"clients" table in a SQL Server 7.0 database.

I know I could do it myself but I'd like to know if anyone has any
recommendations as to the best methods to achieve this? Should I pass all
the client details into a stored procedure? What ASP.NET objects should I
use to build the web form? Any other advice?

TIA.
