Windows Service Shutsdown on Start

I am attempting to create a Windows Service that registers a Tcp Channel
from the Remoting Framework. This is the message I am getting:

"The <ServiceName> service on Local Computer started and then stopped.
Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for
example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service."

I used InstallUtil PathToAssembly and it said it installed correctly.

Thx for the help!
