Window Socket program,please answer

I am doing a project with Bluetooth. I search the Microsoft web site,
and found the following possible solution, can anyone tell me that if it is
possible for me to use this implementation in C#?

my bluetooth connector (usb) emulates a COM port, very easy to talk to COM
ports from c#
