Microsoft Application Blocks for .Net - Logging Block

Hi

I am trying to use the Logging Module provided by Microsoft Application Blocks for .Net .

I installed everything as per the Instructions given in the 'Development Using the Logging Block'.

But when i am trying to run the sample, i am getting the following error in the Event Viwer.
Kindly help me on this.

Did you download the Enterprise Instrumentation Framework? This component is
needed when using the Logging Application Block. You can download EIF here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Hi,

Have you verified that the public key token (cd42fb0c69be8a79) that
the logging block is looking for is the same as the token registered
by the schema DLL in the GAC?

If these are different, you need to take the token from the GAC and
replace the values in the configuration files with it - this step is
easy to miss during the set up...

Hi

I am trying to use the Logging Module provided by Microsoft Application

Blocks for .Net .

I installed everything as per the Instructions given in the 'Development
