FindStr in dotnet

Is there a dotnet class which would give a list of files containing a
certain string or regular expression like WinXPs FindStr function?

I want to allow users to be able to search for all files which contain a
specific key value in a certain directory.
I imagine I can get a collection of files, get a stream for each and search
each stream, but I want to make sure that there isn't already something
which can do that for me (and probably more efficiently).
