DataBase file may be corrupt and unusable (pdb, i assume)

Jax
Is that it?
Can I do nothing more, it will not allow me to compile or
see the designer fo some of my forms due to this metadata
error.
Am i totally screwed? Is there anything I can do to fix
this, problem it just wont compile, if I transfer all the
code to another project my objects wont deserialize
properly.
Is this to do with serialization? If so is there a way to
keep the files I have already serialized and fix the
problem too?
I will be highly grateful to anyone who can help solve
this problem.

jax

p.s I get this error sometimes when I close Studio:
Cannot call invoke or invoke sync on a control once the
window handle has been created.
Anyone know why that is?

What i've done is replaced the pdb in the obj directory
with the one in debug directory. Seems to be working.
Is this a good practise?
