If you check the request header, you can tell if there's
something in the page already, assuming that you put
something in the form previously. Also, you could check
the event pageload (I think that's what it's called) and
see if the session object is already initialized, or
something along those lines... or settnig some global
coutner in OnSessionStart() and then incrementing it
OnPageLoad() (or whatever those event handlers are
named)... and then evaluate the coutner when the page
loads. That should tell you if it's being refreshed or
newly loaded for this browser session.
