setting string to uprintable character

How do I set a string to an unprintable character?

in VB it was something like this

dim strTemp as string

strTemp = char(190) & char(191)

How do I set a string to an unprintable character?


You can use "\xNNNN" or "\uNNNN" to represent any character inside a
string literal, where NNNN is the character number in hex. See
