Is there a .Net SDK that can compile c# 2.0 program?
I have a look on the download page, the .Net 1.1 SDK
is published at April 9.

If you mean Whidbey, no. If you want it you need to get on the beta and/or
order the PDC bits from MSDN if you're a subscriber.
