Flicker with IFrame and .NET ActiveX

Jo
The same problem as mentioned in the Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article
- 310384 is happening for .NET User Controls hosted in IE
which has a
iframe. The paint event of the Controls is getting called
everytime.
The same textarea example can be tried out, using a .NET
control
instead of a MFC control. The example at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-
US;Q310384

How can we resolve this ?
