Create a "Tab" in MSN Messenger

Hi,

I would like to create a tab in MSN Messenger like an addin...that uses the
Messenger interface...
My idea is to export data from a Web Service on wich the users can access
information via "MyTab" on their MSN Messengers (once they have downloaded
the plugin...)

Is it possible to extend MSN messenger and write your own tabs?
If so where do I start and can I use C#/.NET or do I have to use C++/MFC ?

Regards

I don't know if there is a sanctioned way of doing this, but there *is*
a hackish way. This should give you an idea:
