ListView ColumnHeader Image On Left Side

I have the code I need to show a sort icon in the column header of a
ListView control. The issue I have is that the image is always on the right
side of the column header text.

This isn't normally an issue - unless the column happens to be
right-aligned.

When the column's TextAlign property is set to HorizontalAlignment.Right,
the column header icon does not appear. I've been experimenting a bit, but
I haven't found a way of either:

1. forcing the icon to appear on the right side of right-aligned text; or
2. showing the icon on the left side of the text.
Any ideas?

Thanks.
