Debugging problem

I am working on a windows forms application and have the following
problem.

When i put a break point in my code and execute the application, i can
not able to stop the execution at the break point even though i am
running the application in debug mode.

Can somebody please suggest a way to achieve this?
Thanks,
Sunil Kiran B.

cp
Sometimes you can get this if the debug symbols held in the pdb files
aren't up to date.
Try removing the bin folder and rebuilding.
You should get a question mark in your debug line if it can't load the
symbols.

cp

Are u sure that you reach your breakpoint when app is run?
Try to write some info to the console after your breakpoint , to check if
it's reachable

Hi,

How can you be sure you get to that code? Why don't you put a MessageBox in
the previous line ?

Also see cp's post about removing the pdb file
