Loading Image in Crystal report Dynamically

Mine requirement is to Put images on report(version which come with
VS.NET) dynamically. For example if manager is looking a report then
Image1.bmp should come and if normal Employee is looking for report then
Image2.gif should come.I was able to achieve this by placing mine images
on SQL server and fetching image data from SQL server.

Is there any way i can store these images file on my local machine and
can load in report dynamically based on path location coming from
database.I heard of loadpicture command in VB but is there any thing
similar to that in C# or VB.NET.

Regards
Sandeep
