Fit column automatically in a transfer data to a excel sheet


I export a dataset to a Excel sheet. I fit it on a page because the
result has to be printed. How can i resize automatically columns ? How
can i fit the text automatically at the width of the column (I want in a
certain meaning to do the same thing that i do in a textbox with
wrapText=true?
