Need help detecting UPS status with C#

I wish to know when the UPS switches to and from battery on a W2K or 2003
system. The WM_POWERBROADCAST seems to only report internal batteries, not a
UPS. So far I have not been able to come up with any helpful information.
Any pointers will be appreciated.

Thanks, James Pelt
