Looking for a Wizard97 sample in C#?

is a C++ .Net version of the original Wizard97 sample.

My question is: has anyone created an equivalent C# sample for a Wizard97
style wizard? ..."equivalent" => same look and feel and not necessarily
using the same property page-based design.

(I've already found the ActiPro Wizard.)
