How to set folder security in C#

I'm writting a program that needs to modify a folder's security list. I want
to add a new user and give him full rights to a specific folder. I've done
various searches on MSDN and VS.NET, but haven't been able to find the
methods for doing this programmatically. If anyone has some pointers I'd
really appreciate it. Thanks!
