Provider Control installation

Hi,

How do I install an instance of a Provider Control in a way that the IDE
will understand - so that the extended properties the Provider Control adds
are show in the IDE property grid?

In the November MSDN Magazine Cutting Edge code at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/code03.aspx two Provider Controls -
"textBoxExtender" and a "balloonToolTip" - have been added to the component
tray area of a Windows Form - "Form1" - in the "Extenders" project. How
did they get there? I can't see anywhere to drag them from.

Thanks,
Mark

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...et04082003.asp
explains how to add Provider Controls to the toolbox. Installing the
November MSDN code does not install the providers to the toolbox, making it
apperently impossible to add the controls to any form; but with the controls
unexplainably already on a form. I read the Cutting Edge article again,
but I still didn't see anywhere where anything was said about this.
